Once defined the final goal of the project, our team support the Client in the process of discovering, analyzing, designing of the new scenario where issues are solved and opportunity are seized. The ‘to be’ scenario is documented and approved by the Client

Roadmap and budgeting

In this step, we focus on retrieving estimates and proposal, checking dependencies and timings to define the best roadmap and the overall budget for the project.
