REQUIREMENT
The company aimed to develop a seamless customer journey both online and offline. The goal was to enhance the overall user experience in configuring luxury outerwear products. At the same time, the company requested that we integrate the digitalization of the garments with the existing e-commerce platform, creating a system that allowed customers to enjoy a unique and engaging shopping experience.
SOLUTION
